About this service
Sensory Processing
Every child takes in information through their senses — sound, touch, movement, sight, taste, and smell — and the brain has to organize it all to respond appropriately. When that processing is out of sync, a child may be overwhelmed by everyday sensations, crave intense input, or struggle to stay regulated and focused.
Our occupational therapist identifies your child’s unique sensory profile and designs a plan that helps their nervous system process input more comfortably. That includes hands-on therapy plus practical recommendations for sensory tools and equipment for both home and school.
