Victoria Mazeikis
Licensed Physiotherapist

Victoria has an extensive background in athletics and personal training, including playing high- level ringette and soccer for over 12 years. This love for athletics, her passion for helping people, and her experience as a patient led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Kinesiology degree at Queen’s University and is a recent graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program at Queen’s.

Over the course of her schooling at Queen’s, Victoria had the opportunity to hone her skills in many settings including an exercise-focused private practice clinic and on the Neurology/Neurosurgery floor of Kingston’s General Hospital. Victoria has treated a variety of patients of all ages with injuries ranging from everyday occupational injuries to pre- and post- surgical rehabilitation to amateur and high-level athletes looking to return to sport.

Victoria uses her knowledge of the human body, movement, exercise and manual therapy to create individualized exercise programs and help people reach their specific functional goals. She strongly believes in using evidence-based practice to treat the individual as a whole and believes that movement and exercise is key to improving function and quality of life, regardless of the injury or diagnosis. Victoria loves connecting with and helping people and is committed to working with patients to form a treatment plan tailored to their specific lifestyle.
