Frequently Asked Questions

Our difference is in the experience we provide.

Our treatment plans aim to help you live free from limits. Unlike clinics that passively treat pain, our Movement Method™️ Program aims to prevent re-injury with exercises to improve your mobility and performance. We identify the root cause of your pain and then prescribe the exact therapy you need in a custom treatment plan we’ll hold you accountable to until you’re back in motion.

Our facilities are thoughtfully designed to give you a comfortable treatment experience. We have private treatment rooms to maintain your privacy and an open concept gym with modern equipment.

Our quality of service is maintained by our team of client experience specialists and expert clinicians. We hire good-natured clinicians who are passionate about helping people. We want to build a relationship with our clients and strive to keep you informed and feel encouraged to successfully complete your treatment plan.

Education

Education is the most undervalued but important aspect of physiotherapy treatment. Better understand your body and learn why you’re experiencing discomfort.

Exercises

These are designed to get your body back in working order. If something is weak, we strengthen it. If something is tight, we loosen it. If something is unstable, we stabilize it.

Activity modification

Gain self-management strategies so you know what you should and shouldn’t do and why so that this problem will not come back.

Contributing factor modification

We address anything else that may need adjustment, like your footwear, posture or laptop set-up.

All of our expert Vitality clinicians come from one of three licensed professional backgrounds: physiotherapy, chiropractic, or massage therapy. We have rigorous internal training on Vitality’s Movement Method™️ approach to treatment and encourage therapists to take continuing education so we can deliver the most up-to-date rehabilitation plans.
